We Appreciate Your Business

We work hard to provide quality merchandise at a reasonable price. However, we do have to set some ground rules, and here they are:

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer any refund except as described in this section.
  • We will refund you for an item you pay for that is no longer available or out-of-stock. We will send you and email (your email address is required) notifying you of the problem and giving you the option of picking a comparable (equal or less cost) item instead OR a refund for the unavailable item. Please be aware that available items of the initial order will not be refunded.
  • If we determine a refund is necessary, it will be done in the same manner paid. Since we currently only accept credit cards, this means a credit may be restored.
  • We will refund you for the amount of the refunded item only. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable - always.

Return Policy

  • We carry a very wide variety of intimate apparel and accessories in our collections. Please choose wisely as we are unable to provide refunds due to changes of mind, preferences and the like.
  • We strive to process your orders quickly. As such, any checkout discrepancy (wrong shipping information, for example) must be reported immediately (within 30 minutes) of placing your order (checking out) with us.
  • Check your purchase for any manufacturing damage on the day you receive it. Any returns (remember - only manufacturing defects) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Follow the "Return Instructions" on this page.
  • Any returns that we determine to be valid will be processed for exact stock number exchange only. No cash and no credit reimbursements of any kind will be made to you.

Return Instructions

In the event our product has a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions below:

  • Forward your order receipt AND a statement describing the exact defect to "returns at RoseMarysIntimates.Com" (replace the "at" with the "@" symbol and remove the spaces around it) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive an email in within twelve hours with a return-authorization-number (RAN).
  • Upon receipt of the return authorization number (RAN), it is YOUR responsibility to immediately ship the product to us.
  • Make sure the following items are included with your return. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of your return claim.
  • A copy of your receipt.
  • The complete merchandise in its original packaging. All pieces of partials of matched sets and combination merchandise must be sent in.
  • Note pointing out the exact area of the defect. (This can be a copy of your original statement.)

Shipping Policy / Fee

  • To simplify your shopping experience, we ship via USPS Priority (usually 3 to 5 business days once your order is processed by us)
  • The shipping and handling fee is $10 per order for retail sales.

Sales and Use Taxes

  • If RoseMarysIntimates.com is required to collect sales or use tax in your state, it will be added automatically to your order.
